SLOW losing weight but celebrating hitting the 180s today!

I am losing weight slower than most, usually only 1 pound a week with a few stalls thrown in BUT I'm excited to say that my scale said 189.7 today! Woohoo! I had a great day and celebrated with a new shirt that was only XL

Congrats! My weightloss is very slow as well. I am happy with every pound I DO Loose! Just a little frustrating when you read how fast others are loosing.

At first when I would read how much someone with the same surgery date lost I would be unhappy with MY weight loss. Then I stopped to realize I maybe slower than some but I am losing! I am now satified with what I am losing and don't compare myself with others. This is a Wonderful tool and each of us uses it in our own personal way!!!

THank you, thank you, thank you for posting this!! I too am losing slowly - even gaining than dropping again. It is so weird. My doctor was concerned until I told him my clothes are dropping off me - literally (Shoes, pants, even my bra has climbed my chest unexpectedly letting the girls pop out underneath!) It is so hard to see others who have dropped twice as much weight in the same time frame. I know I look better but this yo-yoing up and down the scale is giving me nightmares!
