I just saw the commercial for these. I would try to add some extra protein by mixing powder with the water first. Depending on the calories I might even use juice, I imagine it's pretty filling.

I just discovered a smoothie of my own. You take Van Almond soymilk or Fruit & Protein Soymilk and add greek yocurt and blend put in your freezer and semi freeze and then stir into a smoothie. I thought I was drinking a shake from DQ!!! Protein..great!!!

I started my one-real-meal-per-day diet today, with mostly liquids. I was hoping to get advice about a good protein powder that I could add to things like Crystal Light or iced tea.
