do you stop losing weight or gain weight around your menstrual cycle time? I gained 1 pound the first day of mine. I'm not too upset. Just wondering if this is normal and what your weight loss is like during this time of the month.

I gain about a lb but lose it quickly. I stall every month for about 10 days over my ovulation period though!

I never even weigh in the week before AF. I gain a little or stop losing.

I gain anywhere between one and seven pounds. It's horribly frustrating .. mostly because of all the other things going on emotionally during that time.

I usually gain between 1-3 lbs every month @ THAT time...but like Michelle, I lose it quickly.

I usually stay the same or within a pound. Also prior to surgery it would only last 3 days and now it frign hangs around for a damn week. What ever that crap is about I don't know

I gain like 2 lbs a week b4 and then lose it quickly the week after plus an extra few lbs....I believe for most women it's normal.....

Yes, same here. I was kinda frustrated until I realized that my 'time of the month' was coming. Since then I decided to stop weighing myself until after it's passed!
