I was sleeved on Tuesday, no way I'd be able to go to work.. swollen from meds, tired and a little sore (to a lot at times) making sure you get the right in take out take is work in its self when you get home on your own, throw in a family and if your not keeping it wrote down I can see it would get rather confusing. good luck all....small tiny sips....ice chip are the best for me, i let each one melt in mouth then swallow.

I would take two weeks off from the surgery date. You don't just have to heal from the surgery, you are on the special diet and your body has to adjust.
