Impatiently waiting for surgery

I am in Tujuana. Got here yesterday. Did all the pre op testing yesterday. Well, it is now 3:38pm and I am still waiting to have surgery. OMG! I am going nuts. I am actually getting pissed. I don't understand what the issue is. I had to be here at 10 am. There are 4 of us getting sleeved and I don't think they have even started yet.

i ma sorry to hear that, it must be nerve wracking I know... that is why we are here so you can steam off.
do not get to pissed off tho, it will be happen very soon and you may want them to fix or straight up whatever issue they are handling right now.

I just had my surgery 6 sdays ago and for some reason they dont start surgeries for the day til atkeast 1 or 2 i had mine at 5:30 pm and got out of recovery at 8:30 pm........i know it hard to hurry up and wait but it worth it in the end! They r great Drs

Dr. Garcia also teaches at the University, I'm assuming it's earlier in the day because my surgery was at 6:30 p.m.

Man that sucks! I'm sorry.. Did they at least give you something for anxiety?? I hope all goes well for you and in a few hours it will be all done!! Stay strong!

Good to know about Dr. Garcia not starting until later in the day, that way I can be prepared to WAIT. LOL. Wonder how he chooses the order that you go in? Any tips to get in first that day? I haven't run into any one else on this website that is having surgery that same day as I am but I am sure they are out there. Can't wait ..... 9 days!

I was sleeved in Mexico a coupke of weeks ago, and I found that most everything was really casual around time issues. In America, we expect things to happen on time. In other countries, it's no always as prompt.
