1wk post op and feeling great!

Well today is 1wk after surgery. I can't believe its been a week already. Feels like the days are going fast. So far I'm feeling great. Still on protein liquids some soup broths and also experimenting smoothies. Today I willl try blenderizied soup. I'm really happy that I made this choice. I'm looking forward to the days ahead. The first few days were hard but it does get easier each day.

I also stepped on the scale a lil bit ago and I could not believe the results. I lost 9 lbs!!! For me this OS so amazing..I had lost 4 lbs before surgery, so far total I've lost 13 lbs. I also did my measurements and I dropped 6 inches total!! I'm so excited and most of all thankful! I feel blessed to have this oportunity to live again a healthier, happier life. I'm going to update my ticker now. Yea ya!! Have a great day! I know I will!!

brilliant job, im just a day ahead of you and today is the best iv felt but thats because iv finally gettin food into me 3 times a day n all my water , cant wait till next wek and try some different foods and smoothies.... i lost 15 pounds after a week and 8 before surgery, im loving the results already, keep it up x

This is very encouraging for me. I'm so glad you're doing well. Keep us posted on your progress and don't forget to post pictures too for us to see your beautiful curves getting smaller!

Good for you. I still cannot get in all my proteins and fluids. Today was the most I've gotten in: I protein smoothie, one hot cocoa made with goat milk, organic cacao powder and a little agave nectar, 1/2 a cup Greek yogurt, pea soup, with flavorless protein powder added, 1 bottle water, 4 ounces Gatorade.

Wow that's great sunflower..I wasn't counting the water I use when I make my shakes and smoothies but I do now since my doctor said that it also counts as fluids. So I'm averaging about 56 oz of liquids daily and about 83 grams of protein daily. Im using Isopure it has 50 grams and also the Syntrax nectar 23grams them ill have a small Greek yogurt that has 8 grams of protein. Then I'm done and SIP on water and or drink soup broths. I guess each day is different for us but we can do it...some days are easier than others. Good luck to you.
