Hi, i have always taken vits and mins, and have found Total Nutrition Superfood (google it) has come up with all that we will need. Its in powder form so you can add it to anything, two scoops a day thats it. I found this at a Earls Court Show in London last month, also you can look for Vitamin D spray and magnesium oil sprays again if you google them you will find. I use all of these and did for about a week until my op 4 days ago I feel fine, im in no pain or not anything i cant handle. Try it, its so easy to add to your food and from now on is all you will need.
Can we ever take regular vitamins again? Like the horse pill type? Or is it going to be liquid vitamins and children"s chewables forever?
The reason I ask is because I know that all vitamins are not created equal and there is a lot of garbage out there being passed off as good. Douglas and Usana have always been in the top 2 of tested vitamins. Bit those are some big pills and I don't know if the new stomach wants that or if it's safe.
How much B12 do you take...500, 1,000, 1,500 etc?

For me it is definitely true. The first two weeks were fine and then acid hit, pretty roughly. I was on the equivalent of 2 Maximum Strength Zantac and 2 Prilosec OTC in the AM and PM for a total of 4 each. Then I would take a chug of Gaviscon at bed time. I am now down to just 1 Prilosec OTC in the AM, and one in the PM. For me it was, by far, the worst side effect. A few nights woke up choking but I guess a lot of people without sleeves have that happen. I'm just glad it is continuing to improve. Not eating before bed helps a lot but that's easier said than done with my lifestyle.
I take Zeal wellness... It's an all in one, once a day. I mix with water, drink it and I'm good for the day. It also has lots of antioxidants it's the best product ive ever tried. They also have the best tasting protein shakes out there. Send me a message for more info. I am down 37 lbs as of today, and I contribute this to my body getting everything it needs. No stalls for me.
This sounds like the best regimen to me. I printed this out and will get some. Thanks
