Had my last meal tonight and boy was it good :)

Start my two week liquid diet tommorrow... and I could really use some prayer as I am fighting off a cold / flu kinda deal right now.

Last meal tonight Mushroom soup, BBQ steak, mushrooms and baked potato and garlic bread and a chocolate bar for dessert... Tasted sooooo good but not as good as being healthy and skinny is gonna feel!!!

Funny! I did the same thing but had BBQ ribs, loaded baked porptato, 2 mango margaritas, French onion soup and cheesecake for dessert. Yep and ate it all. Now that would be 5 meals for me if not more. LOL

Good Luck! I am on day 8 of liquid diet...the first few days are the worst, around day 4 I was fine. I stopped sodas and caffiene cold turkey, I am pretty sure on night 3 I was having withdrawals which was terrible. Now I feel great and I am super ready for surgery in 6 days!! Whoop Whoop!

mmm i think i hit up every restraunt i loved before.. LOL... texas roadhouse, outback, and 2 nights before surgery olive garden YUM! lol... ive went to red lobster once since surgery but i wasted a lot... only time i didnt waste was when we went to chilis and my hubby ordered steakfajitas and i just ate part of one of them yum yum!

I am also starting my pre-op diet tomorrow, surgery is on 4/5 and I must admit I pigged out alllll day. Donut holes and a kolache for breakfast, orange chicken and fried rice for lunch, and stuffed crust pizza for dinner; my fitness pal says I consumed about 3100 calories today. YUCK! These are all the foods that i will no longer be able to eat!! it was all good but now I feel gross and i am looking forward to starting the diet tomorrow. I have been restricting carbs since February 20th and was down 10 pounds but I am sure I gained a couple of them back today. Oh well.. the journey continues tommorrow. Good luck with your pre-op diet and upcoming surgery, I am really excited about mine!
