Well, I'm pre-op and I've started trying out the protein drinks.
So far the winners:
Unjury: Smooth. Try the Chicken Soup for a break from the fruity, shakes we have to drink.
Isopure: 40G of Clear Protein. More like weak Koolaid, but doable. For the Alpine Punch I added one of those single serve of SF Hawaiian Punch. I can see what people say about a slight aftertaste, but the SF Hawaiian Punch helped a lot.
I started my own diet (high protein), but I guess I dropped my protein a little too much and my hair started falling out. For some reason I'm not bothered! (I got a new attitude!)
