Today I have lost 50 lbs!
This is the lightest I have been since my junior year of college.
Years ago when dating my wife bought me some jeans that were "good looking" but too small. This last week I mentioned that they now fit. Well now they feel a little big!
I am so happy. Getting the gastric sleeve was the best decision ever.
Occasionally some have regrets after surgery ... don't this is when life begins. Soon I hope to run a quarter marathon for the first time since my junior year of high school.
