2 Pounds Away From 100

Im 2 pounds from losing 100 pounds overall . When I started my pre-op diet I was 365lbs I started my pre-op diet 3 weeks before my surgery instead of 2 weeks because I was afraid of complications . I was able to lose 23 pounds in those 3 weeks. On My day of surgery i weighed 342 pounds, and today less than 4 months after my surgery I now weigh 267 pounds ! My couple of weeks ago all came back normal , my feet no longer hurt and I am exercising on a regular basis. I still have a lot to go but I am determined to hit my goal before my 1 year mark.

Not bad , but I think ive got you beat, im just about to reach my goal and I was heavier than you to begin with. You need to work out and keep a healthy diet or youll gain all of your weight back, If I were you I wouldnt get too excited you still have a long way to go. Good luck !

Are you serious, I hope im misunderstanding you because im not a competition with you, and I am already exercising and eating right also I am less than 4 months post op so I think im doing well, and I know I have a lot to go.

Ramses is doing outstanding and I know he is working out a LOT to be where he is,100 lbs in 4 months,nobody can't beat that….
