Hi all,
not sure how to proceed on here but I am a fast study. Looking to hear from anyone who has had their lap band surgery reversed and a 2nd surgery done. Not sure what to choose as my second surgery but the lap band was deffective. Any thoughts?

Just had mine revised to the sleeve 02/10/2012!!! So far down 23 lbs!!! Much better for me!!!! With band lost 30lbs in 3 years with band!!!!

I had my band put in back in 2006 and had nothing but problems with it - I had it taken out and had the sleeve done on 12/14/11 and I LOVE it! No more food getting "stuck" all the time and vomiting up food that gets "stuck". I love my new sleeve - I would highly recommend a revision surgery
The weight loss is also much faster and it's an easier tool to work with. Good luck on your journey!

The sleeve sounds like a good choice, I just wish it was around longer so we would be able tosee long term effects. Thanks for sharing
