What websites or apps do you use?

Hello all,

I am curious to know what websites or apps you use on your phone to track or monitor your weight loss progress? Currently I am on Myfitnesspal are there any other good ones out there that are free?
Also do you use any exercise apps, fitness apps, etc.

I love myfitnesspal! Its really the only one I use.

It's not free, but I love my FitBit. The tiny pedometer tracks my steps, stairs, and sleep automatically, and wirelessly downloads to the online site. I also have it set up to transfer my food from myfitnessplan. FitBit is coming out with a scale in April that will automatically download to the online site as well.

I use myfitness pal and there is also Loseit.com
I had lapband first and was able to use www.realizemysuccess.com
YOu can try to see if it lets you sign up.

I think myfitnesspal is the best for food logging.

Yes, when I had my lapband I was on realize my success but once I had my revision to sleeve I stopped using it.

I love mine as well! There is already a wireless scale called a Withings that works with the Fitbit site from what I undestand... I know they are coming out with their own, but not sure what the comparison will be . Withings has been around awhile and is highly loved by the people who use it. Its on my wish list

Oh - and I like LiveStrong.com for tracking food.. its rare not to be able to find something in their list...

My husband is currently using couch to 5k on android and after my surgery I'm going to start doing it as well. It's supposed to help you go from being a couch potato to running a 5k, which is one of my goals. =)
