My surgery is just a couple of days away Wed. 2/8/12 Any final words of wisdom for me?
I have doing well with my liquid fast and have been sure to get in 70 to 90oz of water and 60 to 80 grams of protein per day.
I don't drink coffee or smoke so didn't have to quit
Stopped drinking soda 2 weeks ago
I have also been doing breathing exercises to build up my lungs.
Anything else you can suggest for me?
