I have been enjoying Visalus protein/meal replacment. Low sugar, vitamins and minerals and doesn't taste bad I add two scoops (12g protein per scoop) to 8oz of skim milk over ice and a banana zip zip in my Magic Bullet......volia, Banana Smoothie YUM! Also tried the WHEY Protein from Walmart (powder form) and it was rather strong tasting for me, much prefer Visalus. Stick with what you can tolerate. 50-70g of protein a day is what my group is telling us.
