Omega 3 (fish oil) and sleeve.

No matter how I take them I allways burp up the nasty fish oil. I do not have my sleeve yet but was wondering is it worse with a sleeve.

I've never had that problem before, and now that I'm taking them I still don't ha s problem, I believe there are some Omega 3 that have very little of the fish ?

I take the liquid not by pill. Mine is lemon flavored very easy on my stomach.

My mom use to say the same thing. Someone told her to keep the pills in the fridge - which she did and it help. How or why I don't know but maybe its worth a try?

If you don't buy a good quality fish oil it can already be rancid. You are supposed to keep it in the fridge to help prevent the oil from going rancid.

i take mini ones now, normal size ones before...never had a problem still dont

I take flaxseed oil pills instead of fish oil for my Omega-3. Never have a taste issue.

a few suggestions. 1. freeze the pills, then take them, i recommend this to my clients. also another fish oil is omega red. they are much smaller in size but better for you, and don't have the fishy taste. Good luck to you!
