Hi, I am Mattie from Dallas. I will have my surgery on February 25th. I am a little nervous and wondered if there is someone would like to be my bariatric buddy? Maybe someone who is also starting their journey.

How do I get my own ticker attached?

If you want a ticker, just click on any of ours. It will take you to a page where you create your clicker. If you see a ticker that says "GastricSleeve.com" on the top of it, like Lorrie's (Swimhard's) above, it will post it into your signature automatically. If you see one that says "tickerfactory.com" like mine, you will need to copy the html code at the end, after you have created your ticker, and then go back into user options on this website and post your html code into your signature. I can be your buddy! I have my surgery on Feb 24th and start my pre-op diet on the 17th.

Hi Mattie,
I am new here as well and trying to learn my way around. I am having my surgery on the 23d. Today I just started my pre-op diet. One protein supplement for breakfast and one protein supplement for lunch, and 3-6 oz of protein and veggies for dinner. It wasn't the easiest today, but it wasn't unbearable like I thought it would be. Hoping each day will get easier and easier. Hopefully we can walk through this together. It seems like there are some really good people on here who are very helpful. Good luck with everything. Hope to see you on here again!
