I still get hungry every day, sometimes a stomach-growling "I have to eat right now or I'm going to pass out" hungry. However, I eat some small thing or healthy snack and I'm fine. I have been exercising a lot, and I imagine my body is trying to tell me to eat more. The good thing is that this hunger is manageable with a small snack or small meal. I'm working very hard on training myself not to want to pile a huge plate full just because I feel really hungry; the temptation is there in the back of my mind, but I know better. The rational side of my brain knows that this is an old, BAD habit that I need to fight off all the time, until I develop new, healthier habits.
