Day 3 of day 5 pouch test

Ok... So only just start, dry fried two eggs and got 3/4 of the way through and had to stop, thankfully they weren't big eggs otherwise I would have felt bad for wasting food. BBQ this arvo for a housewarming, that's going to be an interesting evening,
But on the pouch front I can feel it again its responding nicely to the full sensation which is great and I can't wait to go back to normal food again

well i'm doing it because i was starting to eat more and falling into bad habits, so i wanted to check that my pouch hadn't stretched, and i'm finding out that it hasn't stretched just by following the test, so yeah if your having trouble or just want to check yourself i would recommend it.

Ok end of day 3, I did ok at the BBQ I had my protein then a very small amount of salad then ruined by having a piece of my homes made pavlova which I have to say was yummy! Back to it tomorrow for day 4 I'm counting today as done and tomorrow I will move to day 4
