Yep...that's me! I've lost 50 lbs! I know calendar wise it has been fast, and is something I never could have done without the surgery, but losing one pound a week is rather painful when I see others with huge losses in the same amount of time! I am excited to have made this milestone...but am looking to put it behind me and moving that scale down!

I know that feeling. I sometimes don't feel like I am losing as fast as others, but we are all different. Think about it this way, because of your gradual weight loss, you probably wont have as much hanging skin as some people. 50 pounds is awesome, don't get discouraged just keep up the good work!

congrats on the weight loss, you're doing great!!! A friend of mine had the Roux en Y done the day before my sleeve....she's down to a size 8 and i'm not..still stuck at a 12...BUT, on the other hand, i'm not sick all the time and vomiting like she is....i figure i'll stick to my 8-10 lbs/month and be healthy. We're doing great! I haven't hit 50 lbs yet, but just reached the halfway point to goal!! We WILL succeed!
