I just wanted to post a general thank you to everyone so far. I think that this is the best forum out there. I am only 7 weeks out and have had my ups and downs. I still have many, many, many more to come and go. I just finished reading 3 different posts about stalls and made comments in hopes that one might be able to find their answer as I did. Turning to this forum is better than turning to food or another bad habit. If you read my blogs and posts, you will see how my roller coasted was doing wonderfully at 2 weeks out and then boom, got off track for 4 weeks, now it is climbing again. I love to hear everyone's stories, knowing I am not alone. Reading the same problems over and over again in new posts and we still all comment over and over again because it is someone new. How awesome is that????

I think we should all congratulate ourselves with what wonderful support we have given each other. I know I am a much more positive person and will continue on this path. Just wanted you all how much I appreciate this forum and members!

Remember to encourage, support, love, have a good laugh or cry every once in awhile. It helps cleanse the body.
