I use one scoop power and one go pack of crystal light to about 20 oz water. Any flavor works of crystal light or sugar free cool aid. I even add fiber to it and you dont know it is there.......

Today is one week post op! I sort of feel tired today and just sore (think it is from sleeping on my back for so long)! I have one more week with this drain tube... can't stand it...
