  3. Re: Tire of breacking my head over a surgeon now one incision surgery ???

I was more worried about dying from my co-moridities without surgery than scarring from surgery, but we all have our own fears.

Re: Officially in the 3-week stall!

I stalled just about every other month, but the weight loss DID start again and the total weight loss added up quickly. You're attitude is perfect for getting through the stalls!

    Re: Exercise>> What Is Yours?

At the gym 3-5x per week: cardio + strength training...one hour total. I vary cardio/weight machines to cross-train.

I take the stairs at work both ways (six flights), walk about one hour a day.

Re: Looks like I'm a slow loser :(

I averaged 10 lbs a month and that equated to 140 pounds in just over a year. If I'd lost any faster I would've looked like a deflated balloon.

As long as your trajectory is down, you're doing...

I was very open from the start with friends, family, and co-workers. I found people very supportive. Many people did bring up the "friend who lost it all and gained it back." Personally, I love...

  15. Re: Deciding on the sleeve - what about wanting to eat big still

    Your post is perfection!
