I'd say that's pretty accurate. I had the RnY bypass surgery, and at almost exactly 7 months it was all of a sudden too easy to eat, and now I do have to watch everything I eat or I'll gain weight.

Funny. I can handle yogurt with no problem (at least Greek yogurt, I haven't tried anything else), but I can't handle milk products at all since my surgery. I've heard ice cream is especially hard...
Yep, sounds like lactose intolerance. It was probably the ice cream. Hope you're feeling much better soon!

Please don't waste your money on those protein bullets. Your body can't absorb them so they are a waste. Make sure that your protein's main ingredient is Whey.
