That is what worries me the most about nobody around to help with the carry on at the parking lot. The shuttle here in STL usually helps with loading onto... maybe if I ask him nicely, he will load...

Yeah, those are 5 serious reviews, but that is out of over 14,000 surgeries he's done. I may not have been his fault either, could have been poor pre/post op things the patients doing for themselves...
