    The protien shakes were a killer for me at first. I had to try several to find one that did not tear up my stomach. Like a gal bladder attack every time I drank one. Now the one I drink isnt so bad.

    I do mix unflavored protien powder in my crystal light lemonade. Cant taste it much at all. Gotta mix it in cold liquid otherwise it will chunck up. I cant seem to remember the brand name though.
