I was told steps are good just hold on and take your time. i live in apartment basement so I have steps not a lot but do have to use them

Do yor pre op diet and take walks or some type of movment to help you burn some cal you still have time to drop if you start now

I was told that the 1 cup does not get addined into your water in take so u have to add more liquid to your diet
