I weigh 1x a week. I was going crazy weighing myself 2-3x's a day. I just put my scale away. :)

I lost 8 lbs the 1st week, then 3 lbs week #2 & 4 lbs week #3.

I'm 19 days post op, but constipated too. Just took some Milk of Magnesia, hopefully that'll help. Maybe try that. Thankfully, I didn't have to take mag. citrate prior to surgery either.

How much total weight do you need to lose? The reason I ask is normally the more you have to lose to faster it comes off initially.
