Why cant u use sour cream? They have low fat and fat free sour cream.

I have had my surgery feb 22 and I am eating the white tuna in a bag (Starkist). Today I tried Scrambled eggs... and grilled chicken (lightly grilled) I just chew them up real good. No problems...
