Don't panic same thing happened to me. i lost about 20 pound in first 2 weeks after my surgery but than i stalled for at least 25 days or may be more. But i started losing again. so keep it up. Like...

I used mashed cauliflower with seasoning as healthy dip for snacks or dressing for salads before my surgery . it was awesome. ;)
