In Germany were I had my surgery, we are supposed as Gastric sleeve patient to take as much Vitamins as By pAss Patients. They say this are the latest recommendations. How is it in the US?...

I have very little GERD, if I eat reasonnably I dont have it at all

Further, I experienced big frustration the first month after surgery, I wanted to eat and was craving but as soon as I started eating I was full within 2 spoons. I would say...

I think in a way it is also a nice proof you can do to yourself: if you can go though this alone, you will be even more powerful thereafter! And of course we would help here too :p
