I had trouble with the multi vitamin also. I bought the kind that melt in your mouth. Im going to try just 1/2 of one and make sure I have a protein drink in my stomach. Today I took a B12 that melts...

I was wondering that also. I have a 3hr flight from San Diego -Seattle Middle seat... Than i have a 3hr 41 min flight from Seattle to Anchorage which is an isle seat. I'm so not looking forward to...
