I am 1 year post op today and I have stalls the whole way thru. I lost the bulk of my weight in the first few weeks and then around my 3-4 month and then nothing , stall after stall after stall........
So true, last week I said the same thing about my collar bone hahaha!
Might sound silly but purchase some baby spoons and a toddler sippy cup! They will be a life saver!
I was never told to avoid salad, or lettuce. I had salad at about 2 months and eat it all the time. If your worried about lettuce, try making your salad with baby spinach, taste good and more...

I think it depends on the person.....4-5 post op I was fine.... I still have staples in , they are coming out today. My Dr keeps them in for 3 weeks
