We realized the other day that I now weigh less than my oldest son. He's been working out and bulking up, while I've been losing. Pretty weird.

:D
nice one
Great job - congrats!
Definitely better. I was on a CPAP for about 6 months before my surgery, which improved my sleep, but I'm even better now without it.
The BP medicine was the cause for me - since my GP dropped it I haven't had any issues.
Huntsville, Alabama
great job - congrats!
Congrats!
Congrats!
At 360 lbs I was 137 lbs fat, 223 lbs lean (which was everything else, not just muscle). I have a big frame, and I think I had/have more muscle muscle mass than average, but not an insane amount.
Awesome job - congrats!
This past weekend I decided I needed to go down in sizes again. Found out I'm down to an XL shirt and 38 pants, so I'm now officially out of the Big Men's section! :D
Absolutely - one place in particular near my work is very well organized, and has quality items at great prices. And it has gotten easier as I go.
Congrats!
I prefer the Dannon Light over the Chobani.
That's still one of my favorites (less the benefiber). Love using PB2, and later on I'd make a smoothie like this adding a banana.
I don't really get hungry that often any more, but I'm much colder than I used to be. I was pretty miserable in March, but it's been great the last couple months :D
After a few weeks of stop-and-start weight loss (and not too much of it), I thought I'd give the pouch test a try. Started it last Sunday. Day 1 was a little rough, but after that it wasn't bad. ...
It's been great for me. I have arthritis in my knees, and degenerative discs in my lower back. Used to take Celebrex daily, the occasional Aleve on bad days, used a tens unit every couple weeks,...
My doctor said I could drive a day after I quit the pain meds. That was 4 days for me.
Awesome - congrats!
Congrats!
Getting under 300 was a huge milestone for me - congrats!
Had it a couple times - no issues for me, but definitely a slider food.
