I liked protein shakes pre surgery...can't stand them anymore and it happened immediately after surgery. So I get my protein from whole, clean foods.

Check with your surgeon. But it seems like you're not gulping and not experiencing pain, so that's a good indicator. Take it easy...there is no rush and part of sleeve training is learning to slow...

I used mine a lot!!! I had serious back pain and it was soothing. I also had a couple hours of gas pains in my shoulder and it really helped then too. Don't forget an extension cord!

My hubby pointed out I need to get a new drivers license. I weigh LESS than what it says. It says 140 (it said that when I was 190) and now I'm 137. How crazy is that?!?!?!
