    Eat more of green leafy vegetable and you can also start oats meal twice or thrice a day .you can consult your gym trainer if he can fit in oat meal in your diet plan.

    as per your schedule take fruit and have more of fluid like juice ,soups or Quaker oats meal for lunch it should not make you feel hungry again .
