Good luck with your surgery dont know your surgeon, but roding hospital is near me and is a nice place. Have just looked at amazon us but they dont stock the unflavoured powder and I am now fed up...

Things will get better, just keep sipping. Your dr will have given you plenty of fluids via the drip, so dont worry about dehydration for a few days. Good luck

Hi thanks for your message. I have pulled up my socks and got moving. Have been cleared to go back to swimming and that feels great. 30 minutes in pool every day helps. Back at work part time now....

My Doctor says that the wound inside could take up to 3 weeks to heal, so wants a minimum of 3 weeks on liquids! thanks for replying, at least not on my own now.
