    Things will get better, just keep sipping. Your dr will have given you plenty of fluids via the drip, so dont worry about dehydration for a few days. Good luck

    Hi thanks for your message. I have pulled up my socks and got moving. Have been cleared to go back to swimming and that feels great. 30 minutes in pool every day helps. Back at work part time now....
