I am slow but steady! Wishing it was faster but glad I am happy I am not where I was in Dec :)
My username is heatherrenee21!
I am in Suffern - keep me updated! Would love to meet up with other sleevers.
Praying for you and your upcoming surgery.
I was sleeved 11 weeks ago tomorrow. I am down 56 (50 since surgery) and have a NSV of dropping 3 pant sizes. Yay for small victories :)
I got my bracelet on amazon :)
I went to the gym two days in a row!!
Okay NYC peeps I am right down the road in Suffern and want/need buddies too! Lol :)
Sorry you are having a hard time. I lost the first three weeks and haven't lost for the last 3 weeks. It's very frustrating. Hang in there!
At two weeks out I was on a liquid diet. I am just now (6 weeks) starting to feel hungry a lot. :(
Peanut butter in the shakes worked for me. Also the hot chocolate with protein is good!
I live in Suffern - not too far away! So far I have had no issues with the temp and my beverages. My issues are the thickness of the liquids.
Congrats on the loss!!
Congratulations! I can't wait until my journey leads me there :)
I am having the same problem. I was sleeved on Dec 16 and have stalled for three weeks. It is so frustrating :(
I use baby spoons and forks. I have found them to be very helpful :)
Congrats! I just got a new pair of pants at Kohls on clearance for 3.98! Tis the season for winter sales :)
I had surgery on 12/16 and am experiencing the same. I havn't lost anything in over a week. It is very frustrating. Hang in there!
You can do it! Just get back to the basics :)
I am excited about being able to exercise as well!!
It has been a little over 3 weeks since I had my sleeve Dec. 16! I just wanted to know how everyone else is doing? I have lost 28 lbs so far. The shakes are hard to handle but I am making it. How are...
I have one. On the front it has my name and states see back side for info. On the back it has: vsg, no blind NG tube, no NSAIDs. I hope this helps :)
Thanks for this post! I had surgery and I just want to chew something. I still have 10 days before I can have soft foods.
I was sleeved on 12/16 and am on clear liquids until tomorrow. After that I am on protein shakes for 2 weeks. Any suggestions of drinks that are low calorie yet taste good?
I had mine yesterday as well. I started coughing this evening and it hurts.
