    If this persist much longer - you may want to revisit with your doctor. Doesn't sound like anything major; but they have an answer as to why you are experiencing these symptoms.

    You don't mix it. Isopure comes in bottles and is very much like Gatorade. There are different flavors.
    As for jello ....it is simply a good source of protein.

    Carbonated drinks are a no no right after surgery. You do not want anything to build up "gases" in your new stomach. I'll let others reply on carbonated drinks later down the road.

    That does seem odd. You may want to ask your surgeon how much of your stomach was removed.
    I had 85% removed. So mines is down to only about 3-4 ounces. Drinking 8 ounces that quickly is impossible...
