Hi Blondiee, where are you now? I had sleeve 12/14 and am going to MD on Monday to talk about revision to bypass. Have had problems with reflux, hiatal hernia and shatzky ring.

Do you have trouble digesting meat? I.e. A physical problem or are you tired of eating protein?

I agree that vitamins are important but I think quality is important. Personally I had a hard time accepting flinstones vitamins as being a quality multivitamin. Just sayin.
