Well, my depo shot was due the day after surgery. My cycle started the night of surgery...within a few hrs after i had surgery. I was ok. I was told and watched several youtube videos where cycles...

Im interested to know what you eat daily too! I cant eat much. Its great that you are feeling fine. Did they ask what you've eaten or what? Im not sure about you but i CANT eat much.

I had surgery 2 days after you! Im feeling good and 20lbs down. Ive been eating mainly tuna salad, sugar free pudding and eggs along with my protein shakes.

Congratulations!! As for me I got a couple tubs of protein and started drinking them before surgery. I got my calcium citrate, b12, Flintstones multivitamin and a couple cute shaker bottles.

I'm tolerating plain water fine now. I do find the powder sugar free packs are a bit much now. I have to use only abt 1/4 of a pack. Also the lift drinks are gross to me now. Can't drink them at all
