  7. Re: Nearly 1 year on and lost 44 kg !! But will my tummy stretch !!!!

I'm a little over a year out. I can eat more then I could 6 months go but that is to be expected.

Your stomach stretched in the first place so to assume it won't again seems like flawed logic....

    Re: Dr.Mario Almanza patients

I went to almanza. And am very happy. Yes he cranks out the patients. The day I had the procedure he did at least 12 Gastric sleeves. A nurse told me he has done as many as 22 in a single day. No...
  23. Re: will I have more energy after the sleeve ? will my appetie be decreased by losing the leptin and grehlin hunger hormoes

I still am rarely hungry. When I am it's head hunger. As you lose weight you'll feel better so you'll get out more which will naturally boost your energy level. Then when you get out and do...
  24. Re: Did your weight loss slow down considerably near goal?

The less you have to lose the more you gotta work for it
  25. Re: how much can I realisticaly lose with the sleeve, need to lose 125 lbs. is this realistic or do I need the bypass ?

You'll lose as much as you commit yourself to losing. The sleeve is just a tool.
