    As others have said...walk, walk, walk! It is very helpful with the gas, but also helps to prevent blood clots. Hope you are feeling better soon and loving your sleeve!

    Thirst sometimes feels like hunger...maybe you need to add more fluids. This happens to me sometimes & drinking something usually helps.

    Mine took 42 minutes including a small hernia repair, but I think the average is about an hour if there are no complications. :)

    My surgery took 42 minutes, including a small hiatal hernia repair. I woke up fairly quickly, but was groggy for awhile. Wishing you the best on your upcoming surgery!!
