    Can totally relate. Happens to me every time I eat too fast or too much. Even if I don't feel the restriction yet, its my queue to stop eating. Usually my brain just needs to catch up to my stomach.

    I made sure to wear tank top underneath all of my clothes, which seemed to help the scabs from catching on things. It was sore but is healing nicely. Hang in there.
