Yup. Im just feeling out of it today. I'm hoping it will pass by tomorrow or the weekend so that I can function properly.
So I started my pre-op diet and it's been....a little rough, a little draining with a whole bunch of repetitiveness. I'm on a all liquid sf diet with 4 shakes a day. I am allowed 8 oz of skim milk...
I'm going to try his shake recipes next week. I'm starting my pre-op diet one week early and his sounded very doable.
