What types of things do you eat that are low carb?
I ate a Think Thin protein bar today and it says it has 22 g of carbs.
My atkins bar says it has 3 net grams of carbs

I saw my NUT today and was told I can only have 30 grams or less of non veggie carbs per day.

How is that possible to only eat 30 grams a day. My Atkins bars say net carbs of 2 to 3 g per serving...

My nurses would not let me take gas-x saying it wont help b/c it wouldn't work. I did try one and it doesn't work

I came home yesterday. I have a lot of problems getting rid of the gas/air from surgery. That has bee painful. I am still very soar and uncomfortable

on the way to the hospital. I'm the 1st surgery. not too nervous. just annoyed that my mother in law insisted on coming. she uses a walker so it slows things down.
