I dunno why I cannot receive msgs on here but I just read your message to Mia...Down 40lbs!!!! That is awesome! I hit a stall once so far for 3 days and fought it by joining a gym and running on the hamster wheel. Im down 36lbs and already had to replenish my closet with clothes that fit. Are you still doing the liquids only thing? I had to see a specialist out here because my wounds would not heal and they gave me a different diet plan. I crave texture and the nutritionist put together a plan that allowed different food items without sabotaging my success.
