I dis not use Jerusalem clinic. I used them for my sleev and then they gave me misleading information that totally turned me OFf to them- so I got my deposit back and went with a different Dr!

I steal my boys clothes too! They have 29-30 inch waists, so they thought they were safe! HA! A couple days ago I was rockin the Camo skate shorts with an ultra low cut black old navy perfect t- oh the looks I got! Lol!

Friends, today marks 3 weeks PO that I had my mommy makeover, and I am loving this new body more and more every single day! I will share photos, after I share them with my Dr, I promised him he'd get them first! :-)

Update~ I am scheduled for my mommy makeover on May 6, exactly 11 days shy of one year from my sleeve~ I feel happy that I made it to my goal early, and let my weight stabilize, I am ready for my MM now! I am getting a full TT with MR, BA, BL, Lipo and BBL fat transfer. I am very very very excited for the rolls be GONE! Still working out, high protein, making my sleeve work for me, and working my sleeve! I love this life!

Please remember that EACH of us is DIFFERENT! Our bodies are different, our minds are different, and our habits are different~ What works for one, may not work for another~ Please remember that~
Here is my "secret"
Hard work, every day, walking, sometimes twice a day, working out
Eating way less then I used to, major portion control
NO sugar, no carbs, (no pasta, bread, rice, etc.)
No fast food, no high fat foods
NO cheat days~
I eat my protein first (meat), and usually I am full from that, or protein and a salad
No alcohol, no drugs, no caffeine (nothing that alters my appetite)
Drinking lots of water, and crystal light drink mixes.
Vitamins every single day
Protein shakes for breakfast sometimes, (not often), lots of cheese, nuts, jerky, and greek yogurt, (all in portions, nothing over)
Did I mention workout out, and walking every day? OH and eggs!
I was 254 and a size 24 when I started, this morning after my work out, I was at 144. and I am a size 4/6 ~ I have been working out for about 7 months now
