- I am the mother of 3 beautiful children. 2 girls age 10 & 7 and 1 boy age 4. I am looking to do this because of all the dieting ups and downs I have had. I have been as high as 250lbs and as low as 170lbs. I just keep losing it and gaining it back. My kids are all great, healthy eaters and I make them make the right decisions, I just need something to make ME make the right decision!
