Hello everyone. I am 8 days post-op and I am feeling wonderful. I had the best experience of my life!!! I am sleeved!!! Now my new journey begins. I went to my dr. today have to wait till Monday for stitches to come out, but everything looks fine. I have had alot of people ask if I would do it again, and I said "In a heartbeat". Dr. Almanza and Dr. Bentacourt are wonderful as is there entire stuff. I couldn't have been treated any better. My experience the Jerusalem Staff was way beyond my expectations. I will highly recommend Dr. Almanza and his staff to friends that are interested in being sleeved....Well Good Luck to everyone that has had this Blessing or about to have it...It is wonderful...My diabetes is doing soooo good ,I have not been on insulin as of yet!!! So my friends I will keep you updated as a lose along on the loosers bench...

Thanks! I got news about 2 weeks ago that I was approved! and my date is set for the 9th of May.

Reba we are there on the losers bench. Hope your feeling better today. I woke up feeling like a new women. Ready to catch this flight back to dallas and have a few days R and R and then back to work. See you at the airport in a few hours.

Its almost are day!!!! 3 more days and we will be on the losers bench woohoo I'm so ready to get this over with. Have a safe trip tomorrow. I will be in san diego wednesday eveing. Hows the liquids going mine is actually going better than ecpected, TTYL

Hello how are you doing? I am doing great. I am at a stall right now but hopefully soon it will pass. I have no regrets with the surgery.
